If I have expense reimbursement for car parking charges reimbursed through payroll, is this considered additional income for child support calculation purposes?

It should not be. It's not wages or actual income.

In general I think that if it is a work related item and you paid for it out of your pocket (with already taxed money) then it shouldn't be considered taxable, but the IRS is funny and have a lot of if, and, or buts you need to check first.
You can get the IRS booklet of rules and regs online and look up your precise situation. IIRC it is Pub 509 but maybe that is for the post office? google it up...

No

How can I be considered income? You incurred and expense in the process of doing business for your company. They reimbursed you for the expense. Your net is 0 and they will write off the expense as a cost of doing business.

I can't imagine how it could be considered and child support payments because it won't show up on your W-2. You don't have any more money in your pocket then you would if you didn't travel.

Also this question would be better asked in the one of the economic forums.

Well, in some cases it might be considered income...
If it actually cost you $50 but they allowed a Per Diem of $100 and that is what you claimed for reimbursement, it might be income if you later forget and claim on your taxes based on receipts.

Some Govt. Contractors that travel frequently actually make money that way... I have heard.
