I used to drive it back before the bypass was built, While it does keep some cars off of Central it adds so many lights to Central (and Higden Ferry) I think the time to navigate them is evening out. I use Higden Ferry a lot but when they build that new large shopping center on it that will cease being much of a shortcut.

Harkrider in Conway is similar. One road towns not designed for the population they now support.
