Why the delay in moving in the home? Are you buying a home under construction?
We drove from Hot Springs to Mena a couple of weeks ago and found the trip relaxing and scenic. Aside from the road improvements and heavy equipment blocking the road, it would have been a non-stop ride. While in Mena, we rode around and checked out the sites and stopped for a meal at a local burger shop where some of the locals were playing Bingo for charity. Nice folks. One guy came our table and introduced himself and asked if he could be of service with directions - since he noticed our road map on the table. We had a nice long discussion about the area and the people and home prices in general.
You'll love it there.
