Razorback's is my favorite. Geno's is horrible, but for Fort Smith I guess its alright.

Well Gregario's was the best pizza in Fort Smith back when Greg still owned it. I still like Geno's though the way they cook it is probably not very good for you but I love it.

I'm assuming when folks say 'Razorback' they are talking about Jim's Razorback Pizza? If so, people I associate with seem to rave about it but I'm not a big fan. Of course I'm a deep dish kinda person and their pizza is razor thin. Picasso's in Fayetteville makes a nice pie and Guido's in Tontitown is decent, but also on the salty side.

I am truly amazed at how every Pizzaria is either a chain or a bar, where I grew up I could and would walk to 7 pizzarias and none of those places where a chain or even served alchahol and it was so much better. Maybe it is the lead in the water up there, but every NYer who leaves NY will always notice this.

I notice it, i lived in the Riverdale section of the Bronx the first 13 yrs of my life, then i moved to Jersey, now Jersey pizza is excellent as well. I still remember a pizzeria in Riverdale called Angelos. It was the best pizza on the planet. I now live in Pa and the pizza here is horrible, they don't know good pizza here if they fell over it.

Any Vino's fans? I ate there once and it was pretty good. I would go more often but it's kind of out the way.

Maybe I'll try it the next time I'm up there. Do they sell by the slice?

I left off Vino's and Za Za, the new brick oven place in the Heights. Both of those are very different but exceptional.

Vino's has great NY style pizza and their beer is pretty outstanding as well. I forgot about it because, like you, I don't make it down there as often as I want.

It's also a punk venue that a lot of major punk bands like Rancid, etc played early in their careers.
