I actually believe that drivers are just bad everywhere. Most other areas of the country have multiple lanes to pass the bad drivers in so you tend to not notice them as much. The problem is that in Arkansas you witness bad drivers more often because you are stuck behind them. There are just not enough lanes here to get around and away from them.

Most all of my bad driving habits (including not using my turn signal TYVM ) I learned whilst negotitating the wilds of I-95 for 7 years in the DC area.
