We are having to move for work and will not know anyone. What is it like in vilonia? My kids will be going to vilonia middle and Jr. I was told it is a quite little town?????

There are definitely smaller places than Vilonia in Arkansas, but it's pretty small. A Sonic across from the high school, one little strip shopping center in the middle of town with a Dollar General store, a donut shop, a Baskin-Robbins, a pizza place, and a country buffet, plus a couple of convenience stores, a Subway, and a bunch of churches. A Harp's Grocery and a bait store on the edge of town.
But it's only about 12 miles to the east side of Conway, which has grown enormously over the last decade, and has a huge shopping center with a Target, Kohls, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, and all the other usual strip mall suspects on your way into town from Vilonia. Honestly, unless I had relatives in Vilonia or some other reason I had to live there, I'd probably live in Conway and drive to Vilonia to work.
