I just purchased 80 wild acres in AR. The land is rough like I wanted, the neighbors are far away like I wanted. The people I have met down there in theodosia and Yellville have been super freindly and helpful. From county offices to folks at the gas station, to the volenteer fireman at the laundry mat. I am so looking forward to building our home there and living as I have dreamed since I was a child.
