15 Isle of Man trekkers have just returned from Nepal following a fabulous trek to the Annapurna base camp, well organised and safely guided by Langtang Ri Trekking & Expedition Company. We had a fantastic 12 day hike up everlasting steep steps, looking out over mountains of hillside farms and homes. We carefully crossed swaying bridges over tumbling glacier rivers and marvelled at the stunning views ahead, behind and at eye level! They even arranged the weather! Every day we were blessed with blue skies & glorious sunshine spanning the valleys and surrounding mountains.Our Guides ensured our safety at all times, kept us fed on delicious organic home grown food and quenched our thirst with ginger and lemon tea! The porters were young strong lads, who carried our main bags and wore a broad smile as they trekked the hills ahead. Langtang Ri staff became our friends on the mountain & we would like to thank them for helping make this trek a very special time for us to remember this beautiful country. We would most definitely recommend Langtang Ri to other trekkers for a safe & enjoyable trek in Nepal, they coped extremely well with a large party like ours too. Thank you & Namaste!
