Lists of tallest buildings in metro manila http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_buildings_in_the_Philippines
Lists of tallest buildings in Jakarta metropolis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_buildings_in_Indonesia
PLEASE CHECK AND COUNT
Metro Manila has 44 skyscrapers @ 50F and above as benchmark
while
Jakarta has 31 skyscrapers @ 50F and above as benchmark
while you have
Pertamina Energy tower DKI Jakarta 530m @ 99F by 2020
we have
Philippine Diamond Tower to be constructed soon by mitsubishi @ 612m high
^^ how sure are you that's its gonna be constructed soon? and how come we have more 200m+ tower and you easily conclude that you have 44 skyscraper with 50f simply means that Manila have more taller tower?

Open those 2 links and count those 50F and above.
Simple, why don't u look at the link and find at google? you would find the link of every news and press releases, real estate sites, ground breaking etc of those sir.
like the one i posted the tower in broadcast city, its already in the website online and its been approved. others were done already and opened and it has selling agents around metro manila.
it would be time consuming to post all of those here. like i said, condos here in manila sells like popcorn, name it from affordable to expensive to luxury.

Belle Grande Manila @ Manila Bay Resorts and Casino
The golden glass casinos
as of last year
Let me correct you on this. There's no such thing as Belle Grande Manila @ Manila Bay Resorts and Casino. The first photo you posted is the rendering of Manila Bay Resorts while the second photo is the actual u/c photo of City of Dreams Manila. The Entertainment city tower you are mentioning in your previous post is a defunct project.

Okay just few technical on that. the tower was defunct. but the HUGE Bay project in that area is on going. what ever the name now or deal... bottomline is SOLAIRE manila of Enrique Razon is already open plus other development project of SM... and including Robert de Niro's Hotel is a go...
I think Jakarta and Indonesia wins big time in infrastructure.
Indonesia has around 5.000 kms worth of railways, while the phil only has 500 kms.
Indonesia is building dozens of new large airports, including Soekarno-Hatta's 3rd terminal.
Currently there is over 1.000 kms of highways being built in Java and Sumatra.
Indonesia is planning to spend around 450 billion dollars in infrastructure in the next 5 years.
