Miguel Lopez de Legaspi died in 1572 ? He didn't stay long then, he came to the Philippines and founded it in 1565 right ? It's sad he died in a foreign country. I wonder how old was he when he died and if he brought his family with him after.

I always get so intrigued with those very old tombs that were still written in Spanish. When I see those, I have goosebumps because those are really really old. It really does sound more sweet than English.

yup those part of Indonesia got to have one of the most virgin white beaches , though it is not as promoted as Bali and Lombok, i see great potentials in many part of Indonesia but its just not as promoted.... like Papua for example is a great place with great jungles, nice marine parks and consist one of the few rare species of the world and tourism could've grown its economy... but then tourism will destroy many natural beauties
