what other indian dishes (especially the lesser known ones) have you tried and liked?

i've always liked indian food (especially paneer, vindaloo, tikka masala), but i bet there are more hidden treasures out there to try.

I believe Tandoori and Tikka Masala are as well as known as curry dishes and they are both good.

Biryani, at least the type I'm familiar with, included a curry as well.

I love naan, roti, chicken sag, paneer sag, tandoori chicken, dosai, idli, barfi, lasso, chai tea.
