I'll remove Singapore from the 1st world list and put it in 2nd.

No. Singapore is 2nd or 3rd world. My dad was Chinese Singaporean (he's a naturalized US citizen now) and I often have to go to Singapore, if relatives die, or when things like that happen. Filthy filthy eating places, third world restrooms. Compared to the United States, its a dump. And the people there have nasty English but claim to be English speaking.
Malaysia and Thailand are both third world.
Don't be fooled by their silly antics of building the "tallest building in the whole world" once - that Petronas Towers.. These are very predictable and usual actions done by countries when they are desperately trying to act like it's a part of the developed world. UAE comes to mind.

Malaysia can't be 3rd world...Malaysia has good infrastructure and good health system. It is very far from the Philippines which is a 3rd world country.

If India is 3rd world, why would Nepal be 4th?
