Perhaps, I'm no expert in Bollywood. I've seen quite a few SRK films, can't think of any that Aishwarya Rai has been in though, though the name is familiar.

most people don't know that and consider him white. he does not count. he cannot even speak an Asian language or is culturally tied to it. He's more Dutch.

Pacquiao, easily a global star whose fame is matched by only a few Asian celebs. Whenever he has a big fight giant posters of him are posted in Times Square and MSG.
Don't consider the nationality but becoming to Asian. Please list your 5 of the most well-known stars here in order. Never mind movie stars or music stars. Just consider in "Well-known".
I could not understand your question, so I am going to assume you meant "name the five most well known Asian stars in your country." I will also assume you mean actors. I can only answer this question for my generation (50-65). Finally, I am going off the top of my head. I am sure others will come to mind once I "submit reply."

Bruce Lee b. Hong Kong
Nancy Kwan b. Hong Kong
Lea Salonga b. Philippines
Haing Ngor b. Cambodia
Each was/is very famous and Asian pioneers in US film/stage.
