Well those half are born in the Philippines but was raised in the US like Minillo, Philips, Apl.de.Ap, Monique Lhullier is also Filipina born in the Philippines and moved in when she was teen abroad till she gets famous in fashion or gets famous on her clothing line in Hollywood.
Lalaine if Full Filipina born in the US well she became famous in Lizzie McGuire series, Dante Basco from Hook movie, Lea Salonga from Disneyworld Mulan, Aladdin and the 1st and original Ms. Saigon in theater arts. The 1st Asian to play Eponine in Les Miserables.

The OP asked for Asian, not just Filipino. Stop bringing everything back to the Philippines.
I only generally know the ones that are famous in the west like Jackie Chan, Gong Li.etc, but I know some others vaguely like Rain, groups like Girls Generation, Big Bang, AKsomething lol, and a few other stars like Donnie Yen, Fay Bing Bing.
