I'm going to be in Taipei in mid to late March and I'm a huge college basketball fan. Will I be able to find sports bars with good coverage of the NCAA mens basketball tournament? Can I get cable TV channels in Taipei (CBS, TNT, TBS, TruTV - those are the 4 stations carrying the NCAA tourney basketball games)? What about the time difference - what time will these games be on in Taiwan if they are on from 9am-9pm Pacific Standard time in the U.S.?

I guess it's probably going to have to come down to trying to watch it online on the ncaa.com site though video streaming (although the quality won't be great) and maybe finding a sports bar or two that may have it. I will have to be watching it in the middle of the night a really early am.
