Well now the Philippines and the U.S. have agreed to bring back troops to some of the old bases they had in the P.I. Things are not looking good. Too many things are going on.

It's so sad that the bigger nations do not help at all... And where is the United Nations ???? Frankly, I don't think the United Nations exists.
