Filipinos can vary in looks. Of course the majority look like Malays but there are also some who look different. Here, you'd be surprised to see these people

If you were to lie to Filipinos and tell them that this Portuguese woman for example is Swede, most Filipinos would believe it.

We White people all look alike to most of you Filipinos. But a local native Swede would be able to tell there is something not quite Swedish looking about that woman.

Well I don't know about them but I can tell very well. I am quite exposed to Latin looking people.
Latin people have darker features. I am not much into blondes.

Just because you can tell the difference, it does not change the fact that most Filipinos can not.

Do you agree that most Filipinos and Asians in general can not tell apart a Portuguese from a Norwegian for example ?

Truth be told some Swedes actually do look kinda like that. Also there are a few Turks and other Europeans in Sweden, who just say they are Swedish.etc.

Noomi Rapace is a Swedish actress but her father is Spanish:

In this photo Noomi looks as southern as the woman above.

Hmmm...well if you mean a stereotypical Swede and a stereotypical Sicilian or something, then yeah, I think most could.
