What the heck is "basic freedoms", honestly? Because they exist in western countries, the lack of them is just wrong for China?
Some cultures consider honour killing as "basic freedoms", should we criticise other countries which don't allow it? Owning a gun is considered basic freedom in America, should other countries follow that?
There is no such thing as basic freedom. Each country has its own definition and understanding. Don't impose it others just because you believe in it.
