Yes you get get certain % of the money you and your employer contributed once you leave China for good. They will require you to show the proof that you are leaving for good such as end of lease contract + flight tickets etc. I heard the amount to be claimed is somewhat between 4-11% of the total contributions you made during your employment, but better check with your HR.
