Why there no ''justice fighter'' ever call out taiwan for occupied uninhabited islands thousands of km from the taiwan coastline?

While the Chinese were still figuring out how to row in the Yellow river, the ancestors of the present day Maritime Southeast Asia has been already using the South China Sea.

So, in terms of "historical rights", the South China Sea should go to Southeast Asian maritime nations. In fact, the SCS as well as the Pacific oceans should be "owned" by SEA maritime nations and Pacific Island nations if we are to follow the Han Chinese logic. The Austronesians crossed to the Philippines from Taiwan at the time the Chinese "civilization" started - 5,000 years ago

And not to forget the pygmy population of the Philippines who migrated there 40,000 years ago. So they're probably using the SCS even before the Austronesians went island hopping

The UNCLOS does not prohibit naval ships in international seas. UNCLOS pertains to the 200 mi EEZ -- something which China violates. Most of China's claim are OUTSIDE their designated EEZ. UNCLOS has nothing to do with defense pacts between countries.

The China problem is not limited to the South China Sea. China is also doing the same with the Senkakus - an area internationally recognized as Japanese TERRITORY

Because most countries have the One-China policy.

Other than that, yeah... it sounds exactly like Guam!
Guamanians are US citizens with full rights. If there are people that live in the islands in the Spratly's, I am sure they are not Chinese citizens. So SCS is incomparable to Guam in any level... The situation in Guam is more comparable to Tibet, except that China invaded Tibet and the US merely BOUGHT Guam from the Spanish

There are people living in one island in the Spratly's -- Kalayaan Island...and guess what, they are Philippine citizens, not Chinese citizens

The thing is, China ratified UNCLOS yet it won't accept the duties of ratifying it. At least the US is honest by not ratifying it

I think the Soviets were allies with the Vietnamese. The Chinese are traditional enemies of the vietnamese. 900 years of Chinese oppression in Vietnam is not forgot by the Vietnamese.

The Chinese refused to allow Soviets to fly through Chinese air space to supply the NVA.

Funny how little Vietnam sent the big bad Chinese PLA running back to China with its tail tucked between its legs!

Vietnamese are tough people; I have worked with a lot of Vietnamese for a long time and I can see how they managed to defeat the US and China in wars; they are incredibly hard-working, willing to endure hard situations and always depending on nobody but themselves.

I especially like their mindset on self-defence; they have a far more proactive approach when it comes to protecting themselves instead of relying on others or asking for other people's help.

Your last sentence is a line from a Chinese song lol

Maybe textbooks in Vietnam told you that you drove PLA away, but the truth is PLA did not want to stay in Vietnam and retreated. Their purpose was only to attack Vietnam, not to occupy. You can check some Youtube Videos made by western countries (I recall there is a good one made by Germans).

Tibet has been controlled by China government since the 14th century though. You can't say Guam and the US have the same relationship.

You're right! The relationships are quite different! The Chamarro people on Guam are very happy to be part of the US, while the Tibetans do not want to be part of China and hate the sons of the dragon.
