I hate noodle soup.

China has many noodles. Chinese noodles are not as famous as Japanese ramen and Vietnamese Pho in the US, Canada and Australia.

Try to get Tibetan/Nepali noodle soup. They're not easy to find but IMHO worth the trouble.

Oh God, I love noodles soup.

First on my list is the Taiwanese Beef Noodles Soup. Next is the Vietnamese Pho. Then the Singaporean Prawn Noodles and Dried Wonton Noodle Soup.

In the Philippines, we have LoMi and MaMi but they're not as good as those I mentioned.

My standard lunch in Bangkok... Duck with rice noodles.. She has the fresh noodles, but I prefer the firmer texture of the dried.. 1.33 usd and 7 cents extra for a cup of ice, but I am welcome to bring my water bottle.
