I posted this in another forum, posting here for the amusement factor. China is officially forbidding it's citizens from referring to the North Korea leader as "Kim Fatty the Third" on the internet. Which means of course during my next business trip to China I have to get online and enter it a few times:

It's not forbidding it's citizens from referring to the North Korea leader as "Kim Fatty the Third" on the internet. Actually China government just asks some major forums to filter that term. The same as many American online forums filtering the n-word.
You can still post that word on many non-mainstream forums.

So I guess to some Americans it's ok to call Kim a fatty but not ok to call Obama the monkey king, or Donald the old sun burnt Hitler? I think all these names are cute.

Whoa! Slow down there partner! You're jumping to concusions before knowing the facts. Trump is not officially in charge yet. Like it or not, Obama is and will still officially be the reigning president until noon, January 20, 2017. That's when the transfer takes place. Trump will officially become POTUS after being sworn in at the inauguration ceremony which is held on January 20.

Currently Trump is still just the presidential-elect and is considered to be in a transitional position which involves selecting people he wants as cabinet officials in various high ranking positions, and learning what he needs to know about running the United States. The Cabinet includes the Vice President (already picked) and the heads of 15 executive departments which Trump is in the process of selecting. Cabinet members are not only executives, but also serve to advise the president of whatever he needs to know from those departments.

Cool, go for it if it makes you feel good....obviously it's OK since your post is still here and I assume the NSA hasn't knocked on your door to say you can't do that. You go to the P&C forum and many of the posts are simply one line responses saying "Bush is Hitler", "Obama is Hitler", "Hillary is Hitler", and so forth. It's quite amusing actually. It's legal in the US to call any leader any derogatory name you want. Maybe not politically correct, but we don't have government internet censorship.

Really the purpose of this thread was to give everyone a holiday laugh, not to discuss geo-politics. Enjoy thanksgiving and relax - some of you are just too tightly wound.

Yea, it's up to the site runners to decide whether or not they'll allow certain words as these are private enterprises.
