Percapita number vehicle far more than u,
Jakarta percapita income more
Poverty less than u
High end brand open in jakarta
Thats indicator how rich and classy jakarta
Rich and classy describe neither cities. Most of both cities look the same:
That's not rich or classy. We can't fool anyone. They're both mostly not nice cities.
We highlight the nice areas of both cities, because those are the sides that most people dont know about:
Nice areas in Jakarta
Nice areas in Manila
So it's up to personal preference. If you like spending time in cars, on the road and walking in the mall. You'll like Jakarta's nicer areas better. If you like walking around to experience a city, you'll like Manila's nice areas better. The posters from Jakarta have already said that they dont like walkable areas and they dont like walking around. So it's clear why they prefer Jakarta
How is more cars better? I guess that shows the completely different mindset that the Jakarta posters have. More cars, more highways = better city? Atlanta and Los Angeles follow the "more cars, bigger highways" mindset, and they still have the worst traffic in the US. Meanwhile, cities in Chicago and NYC are cities that people actually want to visit, and they're not car-centric. More pedestrian-friendly
But you're on here bragging about more cars and how people in Manila are too poor to afford them. Do you even have a nice car? Just because you post videos of people driving Mclarens in your city doesnt mean you own one. Their wealth is not your wealth. I'm sorry
Wow pointless argument hohohihi, show them manolopo the flashy cars in Burgos Circle and Circuit Makati. He/she is probably the type of person who is to see is to believe. Better yet come here, I'll tour you for free so you can see how more vibrant and better Manila is. Then if you can also do the retuŕn favor take me to a Jakarta tour to prove your point how much better it is.
My favorite malls/shopping centers in Metro Manila are Greenbelt, SM Aura, Bonifacio High Street, Powerplant Mall, the new Festival Supermall, Robinsons Magnolia, UP Town Center, The Podium and SM Mall of Asia.
You have to love a mall with a built in skating rink, volleyball arena, and a next-door theme park.
And just for information, it's not only Jakarta that has BRT, many other cities also have them since years ago. About LRT, it's Palembang that got it first, Jakarta will soon follow. And other cities plan to build ones as well. Some main airports, not just Jakarta's airport, are also equipped with dedicated airport train to the respective city center. Indonesia tries to decentralize its development, not just focus on Jakarta. Philippines shall follow.
Not as decentralized as Malaysia or Vietnam yet, but Indonesia is on the right way
Even jakarta gdp is same par to your whole philippines
Well no. Jakarta's nominal GDP is $180 billion. The Philippines' nominal GDP is $330 billion. Manila's GDP is $125 billion. So Jakarta has a higher nominal GDP and per capita GDP. So Jakarta is richer than Manila.
sorry you are so desperate and put it down link it doesn't make sense are you jealous ?? .... Facta Foreign tourist visits come to Indonesia 3 X more than Philippines. the funny thing is foreign tourists in philipines 1 and 2 people and I can count them with finger ,mostly of them are local tourists in the philippines hehehe compared to Indo bali, for example ton of foreign tourist in bali come so many it's hard for us to say where they come from . still proud with 1 million korean tourist visit to philipines and in Indo most tourist come from westren country hehehe
Ok.. again a place in Indonesia/bali which is always the best destination for foreign tourists
still proud with 1 million korean tourist visit to philipines and in Indo most tourist come from westren country hehehe
Self-hater alert. Look in the mirror and realize that you're not white. You're Asian.
Also, Indonesia doesnt get 3x the tourists as the Philippines. In 2017, it got 14.04 million compared to 6.6 million in the Philippines. If you know math, that's 2.13x more. Not 3 times more. We dont have full data for 2018 yet. But just from January to October, Indonesia had 13.24 million compared to 5.8 million in the Philippines.
So if you do the math, that's 2.28x more, not 3 times more. Despite the fact that Indonesia has a land area that's 6x larger and population that's 2.5x bigger. And one of the Philippines main tourist spots (Boracay) was closed 6 months last year.
If you only counted 1-2 tourists in the video, then you're either blind or you can't count
This is only one small part of Alona Beach in Bohol, and there are plenty of foreign tourists, both Western and Asian. I see more foreigners than Filipinos
hi Manollopo You talking to foreign tourists visiting, in Indonesia there is always a sharp increase per year, especially in Bali / Lombok and even the newest Komodo ahh ... it cannot be compared to foreign tourist visits in Phipines Btw Indonesia tourism especially Bali, including the number 4 the best destination in the world
You understand the purpose of the video that I posted was people from western countries because the majority of foreign tourists came from western countries ..
Owhh Video you put looks lonely from foreign tourist hihi,Smile

Lonely? I'd rather be on a beach that's not jam-packed full of people. That Bohol beach has just the right amount of people.
Here's a video from Boracay, and you can see how crowded it is with foreign tourists
Start at 1:25 so you can avoid the lady talking
It already looks too crowded. And this is last month, after they just reopened Boracay. They limit the number of people allowed on the island. So just imagine how crowded it was before they closed it. More tourists doesnt always mean better
But you can see Western tourists are still coming to the Philippines, even though our crazy President says all kinds of crazy stuff against Westerners. He only likes Asians, but the Western tourists still come

Your country shall distribute the development to other regions ASAP. MetroManila accounts more than 30% of Phil's total GDP.
