The problem with Bangkok is that it is incredibly over populated can hardly get moving in the place and also that it is built on a swamp and sinks around 1 inch every year so why would you invest your money into a property that could slide into the swamp in a few decades ? Pattaya is the place to go now with the new infrastructure that is being developed and still offers the lovely women and cheap drinks with an abundance of nightlife
