Where do you see that the person with him is Caucasian? I can only see her hands. Her English is heavily accented, too, and sounds Asian-influenced. When he says that he speaks Malay, she responds immediately in that language, so perhaps she is Malaysian or Singaporean.
Her skin looks white to me.
And you may be right on her native country. It would be interesting the child's ethnic origin if anyone might know. The people walking in the background are the only clues I notice.

Yes, her skin is pale, but many Asians have pale skin.
A friend in China told me that this child in slightly over 3 minutes speaks 11 languages.
Can you name them?
The child looks Vietnamese to me.
I'll get the list started with my guesses:
1. Cambodian
2. Vietnamese
3 thru 11= ?
He lists the languages right off the bat; that's how your friend knew which ones he speaks. He tells us! lol. He speaks Chinese, English, Thai, Cantonese. That's all I've got so far. He does actually speak Mandarin, because that's what he's speaking in the beginning. But for many of the other languages, he probably only knows enough to carry out transactions--to state prices and give change, plus maybe a few basic greetings.
When he sings the Chinese song, he show that he is also a very gifted and mature singer, and I presume he has no singing lessons.
Yes, I was also impressed with his singing.
