You might want to read the details of the plan and what the goals are, and which have been implemented in the earlier phases. You can let me know then which detail is inaccurate. There really is no true freedom of movement if you compare this to the EEC. AEC started with mutual recognition of engineers. I know, because am eligible to be an ASEAN engineer but I have not applied because I have no need for it. They are following it with others such as airline crew and tour services, which am not sure to what degree it has been implemented.

Definitely the AEC implementation is very different from EEC. It is not like that you flip a switch in 2025 then suddenly all borders and tariffs are gone. Or the currency used changed overnight. That is just not how it is done in ASEAN.

Pretty much it. Sriwijaya territory covered Sumatra, peninsular Malaysia, and southern Thailand.

Whether people admit it or not, Southeast Asian borders are colonial borders.
