In ideal world America should leave all of Asia, eastern europe and middle east and go to russia to protect their brothers from gay prides and atheists.
The Chinese and SK commanders agreed to meet, which in no way signals any sort of pivot towards China (who SK generally doesn't like or trust... idk if anyone remembers a couple years ago, when China was infuriated over the Korean deployment of a missile US-made defense system). It's more a way to further show their anger towards Trump over the demand which I think is pretty stupid and over the top.
I doubt that he will attempt to collect on it or withdraw troops from the peninsula, or that the military would allow for it.

South Korea doesn't need or want US troops on its soil. As a matter of fact they'll do much better without them. Once the warmongers are shown the door there will be peace on the KP again.
