A Hong Kong tycoon, who has assets about US$4 billion in US, is rumored that he was detained by US Immigration for 3 hours and then denied entry when he arrived in US on his private jet.

Though the newspaper he owns is tilted more and more towards Beijing, sometimes he is quite outspoken like he opposed the Extradition Bill but later he changed his mind. He is also a member of China's symbolic CPPCC.

There will be a chilling effect in Hong Kong.
