China always considers Taiwan a province, which is not news. And young mainlanders are increasingly supporting being harsh to Taiwan because they dislike Taiwanese more and more. Just telling you the truth.

People of may age (not *very young) grew up with Taiwanese TV shows etc, and there was no internet when I was a kid, so actually we are less hostile to Taiwan than the younger ones.

A lot of Chinese in their twenties still watch Taiwanese TV shows.
