Filipino are more of like a cross hybrid between mainland Sourtheast Asian and maritime Southeast Asian.

While Malay and Indonesian are more of the full maritime Southeast Asian.

Thai have quite similar genetic to the Southern Han-Chineses.

While Northern Han-Chinese have similar genetic to the Korean.

Taiwanese have their genetic somewhat on the middle between Northern Han-Chinese and Southern Han-Chineses.

So we don't need to argue because the face of East Asia is very common in Indonesia. Yeaah Filipino Hibrida with 99% Austronesian Faces.
The reference population for the "Filipino & Austronesian" category on 23andme is literally made up of mostly Filipinos. It used to be called just "Filipino" but then Pacific Islanders were getting confused whehy their results were mostly Filipino, so they added Austronesian to the name of the category.

If you're using Filipinos as the reference population, of course a Filipino who takes a DNA test will show up as almost entirely Filipino. Other DNA gets absorbed into the Filipino category because the reference population itself is already mixed. It's like if 23andme created a "Mexican" reference population and now Mexicans show up as 99% "Mexican" instead of Native American and Spanish

Here is the genetic map from 23andme.....

Some key things to point out on this one....

1.Filipino are genetically quite similar to the Taiwanese aboriginal.

2. Cambodian are genetically quite similar to the Javanese (Indonesian).

3. Thai/Tai are shown to be genetically quite similar to the Southern Han-Chineses.

4. Dispite cultural similarity, the majority of the population of Thai/Tai and Cambodian are proven to be genetically very different from one another.

Indonesian are more varied than Filipino. This can be said to be a melting pot like a mixture of Southeast Asian, East Asian and Black/melanesian in the East. In the Philippines it is more purely people's Austronesian looking . we look on YouTube it is almost rare to find a Filipinos with a Hispanic or East Asian look. But funny thing is Pinoy always claims a mixture blood . Okey back to topic stop we are talking about genetic and looks

the maritime one is the Filipino because of austronesia funny western indonesia and malays are which are close to the mainland asian even memand mainland asia .. your writing is confusing. Geographically Philipines so far from the mainland, it actually has maritime connections..Even native Taiwanese are no longer completely Austronesian blooded but there is already a mixture of Chinese blood making them look different from Filipino In fact, Gene Company is well known for its accuracy in separating Indonesian from Austronesia and one plot with Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar all because of its geographical proximity that not writing in PAN like your writing..you make fake

some believed there was a landmass called Mu in the Pacific ocean, just like Atlantis in the Atlantic ocean,it sank to the bottom of the ocean, and some of the islands could be mountain tops, you see thousands of Filipino women in Hong Kong, there is very little Spanish blood in them, they do not look like Koreans,Japanese or Chinese, not even Southern coastal Chinese ,they do not look like Vietnamese or Indonesian or Burmese or Cambodian or Malayan?

maids in Hong Kong will not be Chinese or Spanish Filipinos. The Chinese and Spanish don’t usually migrate from the Philippines because they are already wealthy and dont have a need to migrate.

So you wont see Filipinos like this working as maids in Hong Kong
