The Cambodian definitely has a lot of Hindu influence in their culture.
While Thai culture seem to more of the unique Animism tribe culture.
Well yes, Cambodian/Khmer were one of the really first people who existed in the Mainland of Southeast Asia and they received strong influence of Hindulism from the ancient Indian settlers.

What made me curious is how come the Indian was so successful at spreading the Indosphere cultural over the majority of Southeast Asia continent in the past without direct occupation and war?
thais issan "tai people" in northern thailand compared to lundayeh kalimantan in Indonesia ehnic Indonesian lundayeh look more East Asian Faces than that Thai Issan in Northern Thailand and many more other ethnic with East Asian Faces in Indonesia .
That's because you don't know about Indonesian society which is too diverse, it can be said that the physical appearance of Indonesians such as among Southeast Asians, East Asians and blacks, especially in East Indonesia
even You put video of a Chinese Thais student and say authentic Thai "" Tai People "
we can distinguish between native Thais and Chinese descent, the people in the video are Chinese not Thais

Do you even know what does the word "Issan" means???
It's meant the green areas of Thailand which is largely populated by mostly the Khmer ethnic. They aren't Thai/Tai(Tai-kadai) ethnic.

Thai-Chinese? Where are your proof that they are Thai-Chinese and not Thai-Tai anyway? Do you know them personally or something? Do you have their genetic results? Proof it, okay?
Remember there are only 14% of Han-Chinese ethnic in Thailand. 70% of Thailand population are Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) ethnic okay?
And this is genetic results of Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) ethnic, genetic are mostly similar with Southern tribes in China.
(Every single tribes in Indonesia have very different genetic from Southern Chinese or Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) people)
Even the 100% pure blood Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes who lives in the remotely isolated areas in the mountains still physically look East Asian(way way way more East Asian than any of the Indonesian tribes you shown, nothing surprised anyway since Thai and Indonesian are genetically proven multiple times already to be very different from each other).

you understand that not all Southeast Asians are genetically similar, what distinguishes it is the spark from others genetic other examples of ethnic groups in Indonesia such as Javanese their genetics are between Austroasiatic and Austronesian people while the Tai people are Austroasiatic, Austronesian, Tai Kadai then Malay Malay Malaysian between Austronesian, Austroasiatic, South Asian this is what makes a little difference and you see like Sundanese, Dayaks, Malays Sumatran (Palembang), Javanese their have similar DNA to each other, but the difference between Dayaks and Malays Indonesian has a little bit of Hmong splash. Look at Filipinos genetic and they are almost comprehensive in Taiwan Aborigine , Indonesian, Cambodia, Oceania ( Austronesian genes are pure Indonesian from the Mentawai Ethnic in Sumatra ) as well as the indigenous peoples of Southeast Asia. And you see Austroasiatics actually it's not Cambodian but mostly ethnic tribes in Thailand and Yunnan South China, while Cambodian is a mixture of Austroasiatic, Tai Kadai and South Asia, your brain must be observant to see and analyze me who is stupid what you are stupid
and would you be proud with faces like East Asian while in Thailand there have tons of Southeast Asian faces and many Han chines too .. you think i've never been to Bangkok and see people there?
in Indonesia also has tons poeple of faces of East Asian and in general here we Indonesian have never had to make something unique for example in Jakarta and go to the CP, Grand Indonesia, Glodok etc almost 90% mostly people "East Asia Face" ( mostly Han Chinese there not to mention the regions and areas that are other
even Genetic companies that are well known and accurate in separating Indonesians from Austronesians and include Indonesian in one group with Cambodians, Thais, Myamnars, and Laotians ... this is because there is genetic
Look at Vietnamese they are in the same group as Chinese. The faces of the Vietnamese cannot be fooled, they have a Chinese appearance compared to other Southeast Asians

It's extreamly wrong to say that Thailand is a Chinese country, Han-Chinese ethnic are only made up around 14% of the population while 70% of the population of Thailand are Thai/Ta/Dai(Tai-kadai) ethnic.
Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) people who lives in most areas of Thailand and Laos today are proven to still be genetically very similar to the Thai/Ta/Dai(Tai-kadai) people who lives in the isolated mountains in Southern China. They are still exactly the same people, same race, look the same.
Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) race are genetically and historically proven to be an East Asian race similar to the people in Southern China and Taiwan.
Northern Thailand(people mostly looks East Asian, similar to the Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes in China)
Eastern Thailand(people mostly looks East Asian, similar to the Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes in China)
Central Thailand(people mostly looks East Asian, similar to the Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes in China)
All of these 3 regions of Northern+Eastern+Central have the combined population of around 85% of the total population of Thailand.
Southern regions of Thailand and the Cambodia borders are the only two places where you will find Southeast Asian face, but the population of these areas are low and only made up around 15% of Thailand's total population.
