Sg 33 deaths for the 5.7 million.
What exactly is your point? Are you happy or excited about what is happening to Taiwan? Is singapore in a competion with Taiwan over covid? The way you talk its almost as is if you want Taiwan to have a bad time. SMH

It's part of Singapore's "superior Chinese race" mentality. They think they are above other Chinese people. Everything is a competition.
Americans think they are above all other people. Japanese , British and Canadians think they are above all people in developing countries. Singaporeans think they are above others in Southeast Asia. And Taiwan's Chinese think they are above the Mainland Chinese. The world has been like this for centuries.
Lots of Chinese love the CCP but don't love the idea of actually living in mainland China. Seems the OP is in this cohort. I meet mainlanders all the time here in Japan who fit this mold.

OP is a Singaporean who is afraid of getting into China's bad books
476 cases and 38 deaths in one day. It is now quite clear that the number of cases are massively undereported, which is not good news for Taiwan. I actually thought Taiwan should see cases decline by now, not sure what happened.
Taiwan is doing the same mistakes that European countries did, which is to let it get out of control before doing anything and then only implement measures to keep the cases low. The problem is that people will eventually get tired of the restrictions and then it will spread uncontrollably.

The 7-day moving average is 19 deaths, while the 7-day moving average for cases is only 450.
The moving average for number of cases should be at least 10 times larger, so there is no longer any doubt, cases in Taiwan are massively underreported.

Whatever you say, positive test rate has remained stable.
