In all of the world. In my town #87 is over $3.5 per gallon now. It was under $3 earlier this year.
I use #93 and fortunately it has not increased as much as #87.

Wow Beijing almost the same as California these days after calculating the 8rmbs per liter to US dollars per US gallon which is around $4.40, I still remember back when they subsidized gasoline and it was dirt cheap actually cheaper than any city in the US back then. This was back in the 2000s. Though China and Mexico are two places that shows the lower prices they were used to seeing were artificially subsidized all this time and without such subsidizes it would cost much more. China stopped subsidizing in early 2010s(may be related to disputes with Xinjiang(where most of the oil comes from) since the year prior to Olympics) and Mexico stopped subsidizing in 2018 as they were running out themselves and had to purchase from the US.

Its interesting how Taiwan and Vietnam seems to have the lowest prices of Asia and holding that title steady for years. But Taiwan is much wealthier overall than Vietnam. However what they do differently.

Lots of things are a lot cheaper in Taiwan than elsewhere. Electricity, water, natural gas are all nationalised to keep the price low, which is one of the reasons why PPP per capita is very high.

Actually the government has a long standing policy that petrol price must always be lower than all neighbouring countries. Idk why that is.
