No, there wasn't. It was about Japanese companies that are measuring the waistlines of their employees that are over 40 and their family members, in an effort to reduce the growing obesity problem there, if a man's waist is larger than 33.5 inches, the are considered overweight. (Women's waistlines can be no greater than 35.5 inches.)
Initially, they have a little time to reduce their weight to meet national government guidelines, but that is how companies are handling it because they will face heavy fines ($19 million) and increased national health premiums.
