This is what I don't like about the atheists versus religious people arguments. Both sides are too closed minded to give any leeway, and as such, both are blinded to the possibilities. It's either there is a God and heaven or when you're dead you're dead. It's one extreme or the other. People who blindly follow accepted science through books are as bad as the religious who get their every rule about living through books.
