people over react and take everything to the next level. Christmas is way over commercialized, thats a fact. but is also joyful and triumphant .

for me, I ask, why does Christmas trigger me? well, for me, I am not triggered; about this event that is.
enter in mindfulness stuff. its wooish, but its also good self help stuff.

Well tonite here at the Cat's house (NOT the Cathouse) we will, just for fun, celebrate the Feast of Festivus, complete with surf and turf and followed by the airing of grievances and finally the Feast of strength.
