then do you consider mental health to be "nebulous"? do you deny mental health exists? do you consider the basic tools for mental health then to be "nebulous"?
everyone has emotions, feelings, thoughts. just as everyone has beliefs. there is nothing nebulous about that at all. those are functions and aspects of being human. they are not a function of "culture" or "person" because everyone has them.
Mental health is nebulous.
When I say something is nebulous, it doesn't mean it is unimportant.
Emotions are nebulous. They vary tremendously from person to person. Feelings are nebulous; you can say something to one person and they can be tremendously hurtful, or result in another person being combative, or another person may just shrug their shoulders.
Emotions, feelings, and thoughts do differ from culture to culture. I'm guessing you haven't lived in another country with a totally different culture...or if you did, you didn't learn much from the experience.

post above shows a vast mis-characterization and inaccuracy regarding why people engage in paths of religion and spirituality.
post above is your beliefs about people and views that are different from your own beliefs and views and which you hold in decidedly low regard, seeing them as having deficient mental health. although this genuinely gave me a good laugh, the quaint notion that if people "understood the mechanics of the brain" then they would have no use for paths of religion and spirituality.
you just are missing entirely the core of paths of religion and spirituality and engagement with the sacred. and that's OK.
a person can only be where they're at.

Just because you perceive the sacred, does not mean it actually exists. But you are free to believe whatever nonsense you want.

I read her posts regularly and no she does not drip with any hypocrisy. What is inevitable is your descent to abuse and insult when you lose an argument. Have some grace.
In all your posts over all these months I have been waiting to see one thing: Tzap not buy into something 'spiritual'. Too you, if it seems 'spiritual' it is all good and real. At least that's the impression that you give.

I disagree. Seeking spirituality comes from a lack of self-awareness (the lack of awareness to understand that one's perceptions may be wrong and an internal exploration would not be able to verify that either way).
People with good secular mental heath support are more likely to mechanistically understand the workings or their brain, and hence have less need to seek unsupported "truths."
What is your evidence for your statements?
"More Likely" are weasely words that mean zip, zero and only pretends to mean something.
Many people have problem with to, too, and two. no big deal.
