After thinking on this question I think I need to correct myself. I think most Churches are registered as a business, and in most cases a non profit business. I do not do business with them, and have not for many years. This again is because they just don’t see anything I want.

Are there any businesses you avoid because of their overt religiousity?

Tried Domino's Pizza once. Horked it up like a cat with a hairball

Later, I found that buying that nasty food helped plant one more brick in Catholic Town, USA. So even if it had been good pizza, I would not have purchased it again

Curves is another business that is way out there on their religious stance

My auto machine had a fish symbol on his door. I trusted him. Ha. Then he told me something was wrong with my car, and when I took it elsewhere I learned nothing was wrong with it. Always be fishy about any business that has a fish sign.

I bought a car from some people who had to mention that they were xian (several times). The car died 13 hours later. I put a stop on the check.

If you feel you have to tell me you're a christian, you're not.

You beast me to it. Have to agree to avoiding churches because of their pushing of religion. Not a product that I am terribly interested in.

I don't have a problem with Chik-Fil-A's policy of closing on Sundays for whatever reason. I don't normally eat there anyway, although I have to say, when I ate meat, their chicken breakfast bisquits were a guilty pleasure.

Just because I don't choose a Christian spiritual path doesn't mean that I have to boycott all things Christian. Now if they set someone to passing out those little "where will you go when you die" booklets in the lobby, I will avoid them like the plague. However, avoiding doing business with someone who happens to close on Sundays for their own religious beliefs (while not shoving it in my face) would seem to brand me as much of a hypocrite as many of the proselytizing uber religious folk I strive to avoid.

No more than I want to be discriminated against for my beliefs (or lack of them) neither do I desire to discriminate against somebody else.
If they have what I want and don't assault me while I'm in their store, I'll patronize it.

I understand what you're saying. However, I question why people feel the need to advertise their religious beliefs. I usually run the other way because, from my personal experience, there's something wrong afoot.

Believe what you want, but keep it personal.

YMMV

But a 'good' Christian is told to go out and witness.
I respect that they are doing what they believe they should be doing.
Politely and respectfully, of course.
So many Christians ( and Democrats, Republicans, professed caring people, parents...whatever) do not live up to their own supposed ideals. They just do the easy parts.
