I cannot believe I had to read so deep into this thread to FINALLY find this comment! Much of the Brookwood cluster has a Snellville address. There are NO apartments to speak of in the school district, mostly single family homes. The majority of the families that are moving out of my neighborhood are relocating for jobs out of state OR downsizing and moving due to empty nest.

Two homes that recently sold in our neighborhood were bought by white families, and yes one family was from Henry County. Another family is slated to move in mid July. I guess I can be nosey and go ask the seller of the ethnicity of the buyer and report back .

You are right. I suppose a more accurate date would be about 1983 when the Gwinnett Place Mall opened.

You recognize all this diversity because you're from the North...correct?

We ask, because you described this horrible place. Yet, we don't know where it is.

Haha How racist is this whole conversation.
But I agree... TIME TO MOVE TO EAST AGAIN! maybe South Forsyth, or South Hall regardless my parents will probably have to move again in another 10 years.
