Hi there! I'm early 30's SWF having the absolute hardest time finding a decent rental in the North Atlanta area. I currently live on the Dunwoody/Chamblee border, and let's just say it has gotten very 'rough around the edges' over the past few years. Trying to find a clean, safe, quiet, 'professional' rental neighborhood, max budget $850. Open to townhomes and condos. If anyone has any secret tips, please let me know- my head has been spinning trying to find something

If you want to venture over to the 'Emory/Executive Park' area the Briar Hill Apts on Sheridan might be a good option. There are several other complexes in this area that might be worth a look.

This area--N. Druid Hills/Briarcliff/Clairmont is safe and quiet. Plenty of traffic but you know to expect that, right?

Check out Post Chastain. Good area, you can walk to publix. Love the facility. We were thinking about renting here. It is in Buckhead so pretty darned safe!
