A broken monitor is not something a charity is going to want. You need to find a good place to recycle it. There are electronics recycling events around intown every month, but I have no idea about where you'd find one in the south metro area.

The charities won't want your toxic waste. There are recycling centers in every major city now, let your fingers do the walking. There's probably one within walking distance.

BTW -- it is also illegal in many cities to put them in landfills, trash receptacles, etc.

The first link I posted listed several recycling organizations.

This one is in Marietta but might know of a similar org on the southside>>>
TBF Computing, INC.
1666 Roswell Road
Building 400
Marietta, GA 30062
(770) 977-2925
(770) 578-3737 fax

I found this on a Google search.

They advertise that they properly dispose/recycle computer parts.

And, just curious, why is "computer" censored in the subject and OP?

He probably had an "o" where he should have had an "e", and that's a no-no in Spanish.....
