Apartments in Smyrna or Vinings with more college kids / Yuppies? (Atlanta: apartment complexes, house)

I'm just looking for more people around my age group (I am 21). Right now I live in predominantly hispanic (most being Mexican) neighborhood in Marietta. I am one of the two white guys at my age living here (with the other being in his early 30s). There are a lot of families with kids here. I like kids, but I rather be around people my age. Also, there is the occasional driving through the neighborhood and a soccer ball hits your car and a kid jets across the street. I am told by the owner of the house the house price dropped 40k last month.

Are there any good places like this for $700 a month in Smyrna / Vinings? It seems everywhere I look they have terrible ratings with terrible apartment management. It's impossible to find a good review because there are none.

Let the record show I was only giving the facts. I don't mind living in a diverse area as long as my age group and living style is there. It's not just hispanics living here (that's just the majority). There are blacks and some asians.

I'd like to know what apartment complexes are good as well since I do fit that demographic and I'm plan on moving to the the smyrna/vinings area in 2011.
but also you should check out craigslist, I know a lot of people posts ads on there as well

I'd recommend Atlanta rd between 285 and Concord. I live in this area although I wont say where.

Talk to the folks at Promove and let them know exactly what you're looking for. They placed me pretty well over in Smynings.

I would guess you're in 30080.
