Hi, just wondering what is typical for 1/3 acre or so, for a per month rate for an annual contract to mow, prune and in fall/winter, blow leaves. I am not fussy, don't want the fake-looking "perfect" grass so this is without fertilizer or pesticides, just regular-enough mowings and pruning everything around the perimeter as needed.

Found a company I love but don't think we can afford it. Any recommendations for a place that knows enough to keep stuff alive & well while taking care of the regular stuff that would be less than $120/mo if year-round?

Thanks!

$120 sounds very reasonable- we pay $150/month for the same services/size of yard. I doubt you'll find a lower price unless you're hiring the local teenager.

We pay $80/mo for the same sized yard for mowing, pruning, and edging 2x/mo.

Hello everyone. I was wondering what is a fair price to charge for mowing and trimming a lawn? I've heard as a rule of thumb $1 a min. Does that sound about right?
