I am interested know how the 4 different country club subdivisions are different from one another: CC of the South, Sugarloaf CC, St Marlo CC, and St. Ives CC. Which subdivisions are the newest and the most affulent? What CC subdivision is newer: Sugarloaf or St Marlo?

Sugarloaf is the newest. I would also guess it is the most affluent along with CC of the South. Could be wrong, but I believe that is correct.

All of those neighborhoods are "new money" for the most part.

I did a quick look up on realtor.com and found out the following.

Sugarloaf CC - high priced listing $6,750,000
The River Clube - $6,995,000
Country Club of the South - $5,600,000
St. Marlo CC - $1,875,000
St. Ives CC - $1,675,000

Though Sugarloaf is the newest and the most affuent, the schools are not as strong as forsyth and north fulton. I think that St. Ives CC and Country Club of the South are a bit dated and needs some updating. I don't know anything about The Riverclub, except that the entry starts from $1.5 Million to $3M. I think St. Marlo is the winner in terms of the combination of being newer, good school, low taxes, and affluence. What do you think?
