Bear's Best is the name of the golf course. Jack Nicklaus "The Bear" has designed many famous courses around the world. The goal of the course in question was to replicate the signature holes, or 'Best' holes, at some of his courses.

Yep...

So, the Edinborough community has the world-class "Bear's Best" golf course...?

for the Laurel Springs comments, they have 1 gate with a manned station, and building another in 2011. In addition, 1 security car is always patrolling the subdivision. The other 2 "side" entrances have camera's and the guards watching them at all times, if cars enter (e.g. following another car befoe the gate shuts) the patrolling guard will be notified and tracks the person down.
