Hi,

I am a 23 year old guy just out of college and just received a job offer in Atlanta. My office is right near Atlanta Country Club in between the towns of Smyrna and Sandy Springs on Windy Ridge Pkwy I believe.

I will be housed for the first three months but will need to find a place to live after three months. I am not single but definitely do not want to be couped up in my house on weekends. I'd like to go out to sports bars and what not and therefore am searching for a place maybe 15 to 20 minutes from work while simultaneously having a good hip social scene for 20 and 30 year olds. Also, in reasonable distance from good restaurants and what not, and also downtown Atlanta.

I'm not sure what my rent range would be, but I know I'll be making around 50,000 a year and have no major expenses so maybe 1,000 a month or so. Would also not be opposed to roommates so maybe the apartments could be in the 2,000 to 3,000 range. Please let me know if you know of any areas that fit this description. Thank you.

I'm not certain I know where the Atlanta Country Club is located---according to this link ---'East Cobb County'.
Atlanta Country Club
This area is more suburban/families.

Perhaps Buckhead/Lenox would be an option.

Vinings is also a good area for young professionals.
