Another "where should I move to!" post, but I was hoping ya'll could help me.
I'm a recent college grad that's been staying with my folks while I find a place but the problem is the place. My parents are in Marietta/Cobb and my job is in Sandy Springs. I've been looking for an apartment between the two but nothing is really striking OR I find a place I like the look of then find out either: a. the leasing staff/company is horrible and shady or b. the crime rate is crazy high.
1. Budget - *cough* less than or around 550/month. I've been looking for a roommate but no luck yet
2. House/Condo/Townhome? apartment
3. Employment Status- Employed (luckily) but commuting to sandy springs can be a pain, mostly in just getting to the interstate so somewhere with easy access would be great
4. Children- no kids, though I do have a dog 45#, non-"aggressive" looking mutt.
5. Suburban or Urban?/6. Easy access to public transit?/7. Preferable demographics? Doesn't really matter.
Safety is a large issue since I'd be a single woman living on my own and I'd need to be able to walk my dog in the evening.
