I can't recommend a specific plastic surgeon, but I would suggest you look at many factors other than the price of the surgery. That should be a consideration, but not the only consideration.

When we look at movie stars and their ongoing plastic surgeries, there's a world of difference in good plastic surgery and bad plastic surgery.

Bad plastic surgery is always a possiblity. And even good plastic surgeons do make mistakes.

When you go under the knife nothing is guaranteed, and it would be traumatic and depressing to have your looks radically changed for the worst. Psychiatry bills might be more than the plastic surgery itself.

About 10-years ago, a socialite-type of woman here in Atlanta charged a fee for plastic surgery consultation and advice. I think I saw her profiled on TV. I think?

She apparently had knowledge of good local plastic surgeons and some not-so-good local plastic surgeons.

Today, I don't know whether she still provides this service.

Not sure if he does rhinoplasty, but Dr. Gregory Mackai is absolutely wonderful! My son needed some reconstructive plastic surgery and he is a true 'miracle worker'. He's got an office near Northside Hospital. You can google him for his website
