Does anyone have a recommendation for a reputable, reasonable carpet cleaner in the Atlanta area? Or...any companies to definitely avoid.

My mailbox is full of coupons for the service, but what I really want is a quality job for a fair price. I don't need my ducts cleaned, gutters cleaned, sofa cleaned... just the carpets.

Somehow, all these companies seem a bit sketchy.

I have used Houndstooth for years and always liked them. Our real estate agent recommends them to all her clients. They always have coupons or some special going on. One thing though... make sure you ask for a "truck-mount" cleaner. They do a better job than the regular kind of cleaner.

I highly recommend Moffitt Carpet Cleaner. He has a truck mounted cleaner like jem noted. His number is 404 282-9258.

Try an internet search or yellow pages that's what I usually do. A Quality Assured my neighbor has them.
