I think this driver should get charged with attempted murder. After reading the article I noticed the APD told the AJC, the only reason this driver stopped is because she was forced to by a car pulling in front of her. I'm kind of outraged that this "crazy lady" of a bus driver got out of jail on only a $1000 bond and has accepted no responsibility for her actions. Link to article below:

Yeah, still doesn't make sense to me why you would laugh at something like this. That was an actual human being that was dragged down the street, not some story line from a fake tv show.
If you having trouble with the concept, in no way was what happened funny. Not in a ironic way or in a "ha ha" kind of way. To react to this in that manner is extremely sickening to me honestly.
